Dedicated Project Management is one of the key elements to run a successful program. Our English speaking project managers have a strong background in the mold industry. We reassign the same project manager to our partners to build a strong partnership and understanding of program specifications and requirements.
Weekly report and pictures are sent to customer once a week for customer to follow up and track the project. Other document like mold trial report, sample inspection report and mold dimension inspection report are also sent to customers. So they can know better about the project situation.
Project management is strictly followed in the process from mold design to production and product delivery.
